Join us today As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will help drive the growth of ShopHero’s services and solutions. ShopHero sells services and solutions to grocery store owners and operators. SDR's are responsible for qualifying prospective customers and leads prior to meeting with Account Executives. Includes following up on inbound contact requests, prospecting for new leads via cold calling and email, calling on decision makers, trade show attendance, webinar and event follow-up, and more. Key Responsibilities Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and leads Initially contact potential customers by phone and email Present business solutions to prospective customers Serve as the initial point of contact with targeted companies Set up sales calls for Account Executives Follow the industry and related technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections Record all customer activity in our CRM system Meet a quota of contacts per day and qualified deals per month Required Qualifications Demonstrable knowledge of account management (planning, prospecting and closing) Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers Maintain accurate client communication Great verbal and written skills Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Self driven, motivated and results oriented Ability to work in a fluid/changing marketplace Must clear a thorough background check Preferred Qualifications Professional B2B selling experience, either inside or field experience Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business Consistent over-achievement in past positions Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results Prior experience in retail grocery is a plus Position Commissions paid for each qualified lead that you hand-off Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO Full-time position in our Provo office (work from home temporarily) Apply Email us a cover letter and resume to .
