Position Description: The SDR will focus primarily on direct prospects and work closely with the sales team, supporting both inside sales, channel sales, and marketing. The SDR will generally work inbound leads from our Digital Marketing team, prospect for new opportunities, and nurture existing accounts. From initial discovery/verbal/web presentation, to transitioning these off to the designated sales executive and/or channel partner, the SDR qualifies opportunities for hand-off to the Inside and Channel Sales team. (Base pay + Bonus)Responsibilities: Conduct immediate follow-up on inquiries from inbound requests or phone calls, trade shows, and web events to identify new sales opportunitiesDisseminate potential leads to the corresponding Inside Sales team and Channel teamProspect, identify, qualify, & develop sales pipeline in a defined territory/market with a focus on new customer acquisitionUpdate prospect interaction in CRM systemDevelop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs. Candidate will be responsible for objectives, targets, tactics, metrics, and processes to drive customer and data acquisitionContact prospective customers by phone and email to discuss our products and servicesCapture accurate and complete information in Salesforce.ComMeet and exceed goals related to business opportunity identification and qualificationCreate and deliver qualified leads to Sales ManagerWork with in-house marketing team to create marketing material and brand messagingExpand the Company’s knowledge of the industries we serve and how our solution can improve operationsParticipate in internal training sessions and extended education on opportunity identification, messaging, CRM usage and other internal toolsMeet or exceed lead and conversion goalsQualifications: BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree preferred1-3 years' experience with a hunger to learnCold calling and prospecting experienceOutstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrityTechnology background is a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a teamDrive for resultsAbility to work and engage a variety of different audiencesAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentMust be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starterJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 per yearExperience:Prospecting, cold calling, Salesforce: 1 year (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)
