We're looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson to help us break into the US market and build an amazing sales team.

Commusoft is a fast-moving technology company providing a cloud-based platform for field service companies. Think plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, HVAC companies. Our solution is currently used by thousands of companies and tens of thousands of individual users every day in the U.K, US, and Canada - but we’re looking for more. Our US office headquartered in Chicago launched a year ago and we're now ready to scale.

We are looking for someone who

Asks meaningful questions and actively listens - we're pro consultative selling

Has experience demonstrating software to businesses, focusing on the companies pain points and gaps

Understands how to demonstrate the value the products brings, rather than the features

Following up with prospects after the demo - we believe sales are won with how you follow up!

A strong work ethic and is proactive enough to constantly be busy

Is curious in their questioning and eager to learn - our product changes weekly, so there's always new feature and value we bring

Has the ability to get behind a product and be passionate about its effect on the buyer

Is highly self-motivated and always pushing to exceed targets

Has excellent time management

Key responsibilities

You Will Be Primarily Responsible For

You will be responsible to convert business opportunities to drive pipeline growth for new customers in North America for the SMB market. You will handle the full sales cycle from demoing the products and closing the business

Developing and closing new business to generate revenue

Carrying out personalized product demonstrations to potential clients

Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches

Managing your leads and deal pipeline, prioritizing your efforts

Handling objections and closing deals, converting leads to clients

Working closely with your SDR to provide feedback on lead quality


Have 2+ years of consultative sales as an AE for SMB

Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales-cycles, and closing deals in small-to-medium accounts

Have a proven record of consistently hitting targets/expectations

Be highly organized with a passion for new and exciting technology

Be confident in selling and handling objections over the phone and in-person

Have excellent spoken and written English
