The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.  

As an SDR you will:

Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.

Manage a complete sales cycle with overflow deals in times of abundant opportunity creation.

Conduct high-level conversations with executives at prospect accounts.

Tackle inbound leads efficiently.  

Source, create and organize account/contact target lists.

Grow Anchorage’s client list through thoughtful outreach campaigns.

Proactively drive and execute SDR campaigns, beyond those assigned.

Think creatively beyond stated current market and contribute to expansion into new areas of opportunity.

Work effectively in a team environment supporting Marketing, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Sales Engineering and Senior Leadership as required to achieve growth targets.

You may be a fit for this role if:

You have at least 1+ years of sales development experience in the tech sector and/or in traditional finance (financial institution providing custodial or prime brokerage services.)

You have a strong interest in crypto and the adoption of blockchain in finance.

You have strong phone presence with ability to engage, hold and maintain interest.

You're proficient with Salesforce or another modern CRM.

You have experience interfacing with sophisticated buyer personas.

You are able to travel at least once per quarter to represent Anchorage at conferences or industry events (if/when travel is permitted and conferences are allowed.)

You self-identify as one or more of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail-oriented, hardworking, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action-oriented, and tenacious. 

You're a self-starter who is unafraid to question assumptions and suggest process improvements.

You are competitive in nature, yet a team player in spirit.
