Henderson Scott is working exclusively with a Pre-IPO Security Vendor who are seeking their first Sales Development Representative Team Lead in the US.

Initially you will be coming in to support the SDR team in the UK, once they have started achieving their targets, you will be responsible for building up the US team. We are therefore looking for someone who is at a Senior level role now or Team Lead or even a management position.

This role is still going to be hands on so you must have a track record of overachieving your own targets whilst still being comfortable with supporting and guiding your team.


Experience required-

2 years+ as working as an SDR/BDR or similar

Worked within the security or technology space

Prospecting and lead generation experience

Mentored or trained new SDR teams

Experience in the hiring process is desired but not essential
