Our Background: We are a Y combinator startup, and after 4 years, and profitability with a minimal marketing & sales effort and a 7 figure ARR, we just got funding and are hiring a sales team. We are approximately growing rapidly and are looking to keep the same accelerated pace.
You will join 2 other sales folks if hired.
Job Description: This role is primarily emailing and calling for enterprise deals (SDR work)and setting up calls for our new product line. In the future, you will be given a chance to close deals if you are a good SDR. If you are a top-notch SDR who is looking to transition into an AE role, this is perfect for you.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision. This company has flexible hours and unlimited vacation after 3 months (but 30-50% of your pay is a commission, in addition to the 45-50k base OTE is 75-100k).
Atmosphere: Super fun atmosphere.
Target: The product is in the IAM space and we mainly sell to IT & Engineers.
Location: WFH; occasionally in SF
