SDR Sales Effectiveness Manager

The best fit for this role will achieve the following:
Increase the percentage of pipeline and revenue driven by an our SDR organization, called Strategic Growth Partners of SGPs, as the team nearly triples in size, by onboarding, coaching and training new and existing SGPs Accelerate SGP pipeline opportunities and revenue driven by new hire SGPs in the first 30-60 days by driving and upgrading our existing two-week SGP onboarding bootcamp Drive Account Executive pipeline by developing SGP’s into the future account executives of the company Demonstrate the impact of SGP Sales Effectiveness programs on corporate goals and initiatives by building a consistent survey and reporting structure and cadence to analyze new hire pacing, define onboarding progress and future areas for improvement Scaling a high-growth team, nearly tripling in size, in a fast-paced culture while maintaining a strong, collaborative culture
Roles And Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Director of Sales Development and the Director of Sales Effectiveness, own, deliver and revise an existing, intensive two-week SGP onboarding bootcamp. Partner with SGP Leadership, Sales Operations and SGPs to identify SGP skill, content and technology gaps, recommend performance solutions and spearhead key initiatives beyond onboarding to drive scale and replicability across multiple offices and regions. Design, develop and deliver virtual face-to-face training and continuous learning programs to address skill gaps observed through onboarding bootcamp and your post-onboarding shadowing. You will have access to a content designer and the combined experience of the Sales Effectiveness team Analyze the impact of SGP onboarding, training and coaching through qualitative and quantitative metrics and certification.
Desired Skills And Experience
You should have sales development and sales experience. The ideal candidate will have prior SDR, SDR Management and SDR onboarding experience in a high growth environment. The ideal candidate will also have Sales Account Executive experience or Sales Manager experience in addition to strong coaching and enablement knowledge.
Strong ability to learn quickly, represent concepts and summarize complex ideas into a program or curriculum with a sense of how SDRs think, operate and absorb training Strong knowledge of and empathy with the buyer experience Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling Strategic thinker who can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence Strong, detailed knowledge of sales development processes, technology and coaching
Candidates should live in or near one of our top 25 U.S. markets in order to meet Compass employees and agents and experience the culture. This position can work remotely. In a post-Covid world this role could require up to 20% travel
