The Role: The scene has been set in the UK. Year on Year growth, market leader, superb technology and a great leadership team. The US Head of SDR is a critical hire for the business, the Chicago based internal sales team is fuelling the engines of the US enterprise account executives as they move to their next level of growth. We’ve been asked to partner exclusively with this SaaS vendor and we’re keen for you to hear more about it.


  • Looking after a team of SDRs generating leads
  • Selling to a range of verticals: manufacturing, transport, logistics, construction, engineering
  • Doing the ground work on deals which can be up to $250k
  • Leading a team of 4 based from Chicago but with an immediate chance to grow the team


Requirements:

  • Management Experience growing a junior SDR function
  • Lead from the front style management- ability to coach on deals and develop the team
  • Relevant industry backgrounds : Compliance, Health and Safety, Business Information, GRC, ERP, BI
  • Characteristics: Sales Expert, Team Player, Chameleon-like, High Energy


The Package:

  • Basic: $75k
  • Bonus / OTE: $120 uncapped
  • Car: Travel Allowance
  • Benefits: Pension, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday
