The Wix Account Management team. We’re focused on helping businesses find success through the Wix platform and business solutions. We grow fast, support each other, and are focused on continuous quality and improvement for both our clients and our teams.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to work with our Account Management team on increasing our current book of business, and work directly with users or professionals who use the Wix platform to create, design, or manage an online presence.

You are:

An Account Manager or Sales Professional with at least 0-1+ year/s spent in an Account, BDR or SDR role, or relevant work experience. You're passionate about growing your professional career and focused on self-development and excellence. You’re also an excellent verbal and written communicator.

Have a BA/BS degree? That’s a bonus.

As a Customer Success Associate on the Account Management team, you will:

  • Provide high-level pitches around Wix’s eCommerce solutions
  • Help manage our Chat function by answering questions and routing questions appropriately
  • Help prioritize and engage with high-value Wix clients
  • Manage lead flow from CTAs, and drive growth within current Wix users
  • Take ownership of cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Be measured on the basis of monthly revenue goals

While the U.S. Wix team is WFH during Covid-19, at this time we are seeking NYC-based candidates who are able and willing to work on-site once we return to the office.
