Job Description 

DearDoc offers cloud-based software solutions to help reinvent the way new patients meet their doctor. They are changing the standard of how patients get in touch with healthcare professionals by offering a selection of advanced tools to modernize how doctors interact with new and existing patients. 

Objectives of this Role

As a Sales Development Representative for DearDoc, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team and get the chance to work on a variety of projects. The SDR has the opportunity to move into an Account Executive position at DearDoc if you have what it takes to be an all-star! 


  • Researching doctor offices for key data 
  • Reporting key findings about leads to the SDR team 
  • Qualifying potential prospects for the products
  • Assisting the sales team throughout the sales cycle 
  • Execute sales process of prospecting, following up, and closing

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Warm welcoming and engaging personality 
  • Coachable and open to constructive feedback 
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have proficient computer skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
