Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: 50k, with OTE @ 70k, benefits
We provide lead generation services for B2B. We combine best practices with technology to drive qualified leads to your Sales team. Building an internal Business Development team can be expensive, time-consuming, and requires ongoing oversight. The hiring, training, and development of the team requires expertise. Knowing the ever-evolving best practices in Lead Gen for your space requires significant investment. We provide Sales-as-a Service model that leaves the prospecting and business development to us. By delivering qualified leads to our clients, they can focus on closing deals and growing their business.
- Perform Outbound campaigns to identify prospects who are interested in our customer’s products and services. Outbound activities will involve sending emails, making outbound calls, and initiating contact through social channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Handle inbound requests for information and nurture the leads to get them into the next step in the Sales Process
- Diligently document all pertinent information discovered through outreach in our Systems (e.g., CRM and SDR Candence tools).
- At least one year experience in making outbounds sales calls (B2B)
- Experience with SDR cadence tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach.io, RingDNA, or equivalent
- Experience with LinkedIn navigator and Social platforms for selling
- Business acumen
- Strong Communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Drive and perseverance
