Are you a passionate, results-driven professional with natural sales
Cyvatar is looking to hire Business Development Representatives who are
interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in
cyber security. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the
first point of contact for potential customers interested in learning more about

Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects
Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
Perform 50+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time
Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision
Schedule qualified appointments for our Solution Outcome Advisors
Partner with Sales Leaders to gain sales techniques, learn best
practices, and grow your career
Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For:
Adaptable, personable, persistent and passionate
At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or
BDR experience is a plus
Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
