Sales Development Representative (SDR)
XILO is a fast growing startup that's helping insurance agencies compete with digital insurance companies by providing them with the same user experiences and backend automation that these insurTechs have. With customers all over the US, we're leveling the playing field for insurance agencies to compete in the digital era.
The objective of the incoming sales development representative is to generate $17500 MRR worth of sales qualified lead demos for the AEs monthly. Leads must attend meetings.
Our current sales team consists of a sales manager, 2 AEs and 1 SDR.

Generate $2.5M ARR worth of sales qualified leads per year for AE
Get $2.5M ARR worth of leads to make demo with AE
Implement Outreach.io sequences to contact thousands of leads
Record all data in Salesforce for every event
