About the role
We are on looking to bring on board a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team! As a SDR with Sofy. you will play a critical role in growing our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get the hands-on experience in a fast paced, successful SaaS company to kickstart their sales career!

Making outbound contact with prospective clients over phone and email.
Documenting prospect interactions in Hubspot to ensure efficient lead management.
Quickly learning technical aspects of our product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and questions.
Proactively managing schedule, pipeline, and campaigns to meet milestones and objectives.
Developing relationships with prospects based on consultative selling techniques.
Developing and executing on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email/call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
Scheduling meetings between prospects and Sofy Sales leaders
Meeting or exceeding quota through qualification
Prior experience as a BDR or SDR with a strong success track record
Self-directed, with a sense of urgency and a bias for action and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication skills, including writing, listening, and asking questions over phone and email.
Experience/interest in the devops space or working with developer community.
Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn is preferred but not required.
