As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in learning more about Cyvatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects

Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action

Experience working with aligning with Marketing operations team for lead flow/funnel management and process

Experience working, communicating, and collaborating with marketing team on campaign needs, messaging, and targeting

Perform 50+ outbound calls/ day or equivalent talk time

Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers

Schedule qualified appointments for our Solution Outcome Advisors

Partner with Sales Leaders to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career

Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

Adaptable, personable, persistent and passionate

At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus

Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask

Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures

Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Identify with our Core Values: no ego, empathetic, passionate, and driven

Prior SaaS BDR experience is a plus but not mandatory
