About The Role


The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for building the sales pipeline with Convr’s target accounts. The BDR will execute the company’s Account Based Marketing strategy through research and individual outreach to schedule appointments with the appropriate individuals within each account.


Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages (no copying and pasting)
  • Quickly research a company & it’s key contacts, identify opportunities, and strategize an approach to create interest
  • Profile potential prospects based on predetermined criteria
  • Partner with the Convr Sales team to execute our Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
  • Secure meetings for your assigned Business Development Executives

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree (preferably in Marketing, Humanities, Communications or Business)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role
  • Have .5 - 1 year in a BDR/SDR role
  • Experience with enterprise CRM
