In this role, you will be joining the ground floor of a business that is already seeing exponential growth. -Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
-Utilize a multi-channel approach including cold calling, email, social media, etc. to schedule meetings for the Sales team
-Meet + exceed assigned quota based on company goals
-Use and maintain information in company tools + CRM with the goal of providing detailed insight to the rest of the team
-Problem solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
-Drive engagement, retention and growth with your process while always focusing on the customer’s needs
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to execute on these projects
-An appetite to work in an agile and dynamic environment that is creating a new HR category
-1+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS company as an SDR
-Knowledge of today's sales tools (Hubspot/Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Suite,
-Outstanding relationship competencies with a long-term, trust-based, partnership mindset. People like working with you!
-Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is—or isn’t—working
-A skilled communicator who is upbeat, empathetic, and clear.
-Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
