As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for WebPT, you’ll be a key contributor to the WebPT revenue engine by locating and building relationships with clinics who can use WebPT’s portfolio of products. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in breaking into the sales field.


  • Identify and convert sales qualified leads (SQLs) into 10 minute consultation calls.
  • Work toward achieving monthly and yearly goals.
  • Expertly navigate on the phones to make contact with key decision makers.
  • Respond in real time to sign-ups from the WebPT website.
  • Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between Members and WebPT sales people.
  • Answer questions and overcome objections regarding WebPT with an end goal of scheduling the consultation call.
  • Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
  • Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

Education and Experience


  • One year of SDR or equivalent sales experience.


  • Healthcare sales experience and knowledge
  • Experience selling a SaaS product
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Being punctual, reliable and consistent is key to WebPT’s success. To function at a high level, you are expected to be reliable and punctual for work and take designated breaks as set by your leader.

Work Environment

Remote positions require a HIPAA compliant environment. Your work environment must be accessible to a consistent and adequate internet connection per WebPT guidelines. A controlled and dedicated work space will be necessary to be successful.
