Trakref is a Saas based software company ,headquarters located in Nashville TN. This is a fully remote full time position so you can live anywhere in the USA. Trakref is used in many industry's to track refrigerant, asset's and compliance for building owners and management companies.

Our Business Development Representative's are the first contact new leads have with Trakref. The BDR is responsible for educating new leads on the benefits of Trakref with the objective of getting them to sign up for a demo after finding out the scope of their needs.The BDR supports the customer through the entire lifecycle and will have the opportunity to contribute to all areas of the sales organization and working with management.


. Qualify and generate new prospects

.Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis

.Ensure all sales activities are recorded, tracked and accurate in our CRM.

.Work with the sales team daily

.Set meetings and perform demos 

.Learn product and new releases


.Must be able to work Remote

. Minimum 1-3 years experience in selling Software. Extra points if you been in SaaS product.

.Highly organized and ability to multi task, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail.

.Passionate about sales, software, mobile and technology.

.High energy and always have a can-do attitude

.Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

.Analytical- constantly testing and improving your sales skills

.Proficient and experience working with CRM and other sales tools.


Base salary of 48K with a great commission plan
