What You'll Be Doing
The SDR role will manage the early stages of the sales process through prospect qualification, helping prospects align to the appropriate resources, reporting, and scheduling for JumpCloud's Sales organization. This role will be handling our prospects on the East Coast and potentially supporting Europe as well.
This will be accomplished by engaging with prospects over the phone and with written communication using email, chat, and calendar tools. You will qualify the prospect's needs and professionally articulate JumpCloud's value proposition. Sources include marketing programs, seminars/events, website downloads and inbound contacts from the web, phone and email as well as navigating through large complex accounts, identifying and engaging with the right technology decision makers.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years in a sales related role, this could be retail, phones, we're open. Prior SaaS product experience would be helpful in getting up to speed but not necessary.
- Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated to advance your sales career.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- High aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate compensation for this role is $63,000 including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and 401k benefits. We have an unlimited vacation policy and also provide commuter benefits for employees in the Denver/Boulder, CO area.
Where you'll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
