Sales Development Representative
JetInsight's best-in-class quoting and fleet management software helps aircraft charter operators run and grow safer, more efficient, and more profitable businesses. We work with hundreds of operators across the US and are building the world's largest network of on-demand aircraft.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced and high-performing sales team. This position is the first SDR role at JetInsight and an opportunity to join the sales team at the ground floor. You will partner with our Account Executives to assist in outbound cold-calling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business through prospecting outbound opportunities via phone, email, and social networking
- Calling cold prospects every day to create interest and schedule demos
- Understand operator's business needs and help them think differently from status-quo
- Build rapport with prospects during a thorough and detailed pre-qualification process
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment

- Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts
- Comfort with overcoming objections
- Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise SaaS
- Enthusiasm to join a fast-paced startup team
- A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer
- An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!
