The job

As the Sales Manager you will lead their sales organization, influence the company's continued success, and represent the company. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing their inbound and outbound sales strategy. You will join a growing team and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train new hires for success.

The skills and experience

You thrive in fast-paced environments with a high volume of SMB leads and very short sales cycles. You have high energy and love the idea building a hyper-productive team. You might not have had this role in the past, but you believe your talent, excitement for opportunity, and drive will make up for that.

You have demonstrated experience in most of the following:

  • Experience working as a sales consultant/executive/account manager in a high volume, short cycle, B2B environment
  • A track record of ambitious career growth, exceeding targets and being able to motivate others to do the same
  • A strong understanding of HubSpot, excel spreadsheets and any other methodology of getting the data you need to be successful
  • A commitment to and focus on coaching and development. You have the ability to identify strengths and opportunities in your team and understand how to best approach conversations around performance and professional development.
  • An incredible passion for sales, our customer, and our purpose – to help small contracting businesses be more successful

The responsibilities

  • Monitor lead processes and metrics, and catalyze pipeline development
  • Shape and implement SDR strategy and processes
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Serve as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the Knowify organization
  • Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance
  • Report to the CEO
