We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Your mission as an SDR is to expand the company's customer base by prospecting, qualifying, and ultimately scheduling demo's for companies that could benefit from Super Dispatch's products. This is a growth oriented role with the intent of moving from the Sales Development role into Account Executive roles within 18 months.


  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound lead generation
  • Initiate contact with potential customers within target markets by utilizing outbound prospecting techniques including cold calls, automated emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify a potential customer’s challenges and needs, presenting product information that resolves their key business challenges
  • Generate and respond to inquiries from market research, advertisements, SEO marketing efforts, and other sources
  • Qualify potential sales opportunities and generate prospect meetings for Account Executives
  • Provide detailed, relevant, and quality information to the Account Executives to ensure a quality sales experience
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and current
  • Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including outbound activity, appointments set, and new pipeline deals
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements new product features

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ year B2B software (SaaS) sales experience
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience
  • Competitive spirit - you are a true hunter with a strong desire to win

  • Highly motivated - you are a self starter with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - you are a great writer, speaker, and listener
  • Fearlessness - you can hop on the phone with new people every day and explain Super Dispatch's value proposition as it relates to each potential customer
  • Flexibility - you adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, you respond positively to complexity and change
  • Team player - you have a collaborative mindset and the ability build positive relationships with individuals across the organization
  • Sense of urgency - you thrive in a fast-paced, ‘get-it-done’ environment
  • Open and positive - you have the willingness to learn and are open to criticism and new ideas
  • Proactive - you act without being told what to do and regularly bring new ideas and perspectives
  • Bonus points for: logistics/trucking/car hauling/SaaS experience

Within 1 month, you’ll…

  • Graduate from Super Dispatch’s new employee onboarding program. You’ll get caught up with who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Develop an understanding of our target customer profile and qualifying criteria for sales opportunities
  • Learn how to utilize a wide range of sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Nav, etc.)
  • Begin making high volume phone calls, having consultative discovery conversations with prospective clients to identify if they're a potential fit for Super Dispatch

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Become a fully ramped SDR and meet your monthly KPI's
  • Build a positive and well oiled partnership with your Account Executive teammates to bring in assisted revenue to Super Dispatch
  • Understand the full functionality of Super Dispatch products, as well as the greater auto transportation industry and competitive landscape

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly KPI's
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to increase efficiency in Sales processes
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by training new team members through shadowing sessions and coaching on best practices
