ConnectAndSell is sales conversation platform, it allows a sales representative to have a conversation in about every 4 to 6 minutes every time you click the “GO” button. The SDR position will be scheduling meetings for the Sales Directors and VP of Sales. You will receive World Class Training!!!! I’m looking for a person that has a sales background that has business acumen previous selling experience and quick study. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is innovative, collaborative, great leadership and consist visibility in to the business while speaking with Executive Leadership.

Below are the requirements for the position.

  • Hard worker, you will be expected to use Lightning for a minimum of 6 hours a day
  • Someone who is agile and flexible to the demands of the business
  • Well educated in different time zones
  • Minimum of 5 years selling
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of using the GSuite
  • Using Lightning for a minimum of 6 hours

The SDR Team conducts a panel interview the next step is using the Lightning platform for real-time experience and coaching for a two hour session with our Director of Sales Development and Growth, Erik Martinez. You will be provided a script in advance and will be trained in preparation for a two hour “test drive” as a part of the interview process.
