Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Progression to Account Executive 6-9 months

Salary: $55,000 (Y1 OTE $90,000)

Sales Development Representative - Role

  • As part of our global business function, you will work side by side a senior AE, generating their sale pipeline by actively seeking out new business opportunities within your vertical through extensive research and high-level conversations.
  • You will be able to quickly research a company, see opportunities, and strategize an approach to build interest, securing meetings with senior decision makers.
  • You will conduct extensive market research daily, using enterprise project overviews combined with a variety of lead generating techniques to identify prospect organizations within your specialist technology vertical.
  • You will set up high-quality meetings for our senior AEs by means of proactive, personalized, optimized outbound telephone, LinkedIn messaging and email-based prospecting
  • Securing meetings with C-Suite and SVP level executives only, all the while mastering and utilizing the Value Selling methodology in order to advance to Account Executive 


Sales Development Representative - Requirements

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Inquisitive nature and strong research skills 
  • Proven track record of achievement - either educational or professional
  • A self-starter with a desire to grow a career in corporate sales
