Do you enjoy researching and prospecting to identify new clients? Tech Soft 3D, the global leader in 3D software development toolkits (SDKs), is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new sales leads. This entry-level sales position requires an ambitious self-starter that can learn to identify qualified leads and opportunities, prospect into them and effectively process inbound inquiries. If you have a passion for market research, inside sales and prospecting, and want to be a part of a uniquely fun culture, you will fit right in at Tech Soft 3D. This position is based at our HQ in Bend, Oregon, and is open to remote anywhere in the US.


What you will do:

  • Prospecting – Find new opportunities in our markets through research, trade show lists, CRM and other sources, then conduct phone and email outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth transition into the sales cycle
  • Create email marketing campaigns
  • Schedule appointments and demos with prospects and customers at trade shows
  • Capture contact information within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing team on relevant projects
  • Track new leads and provide metrics to management
  • Build positive relationships with dispersed and remote sales and marketing teams
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars
  • Always be learning – our products, industries, customers, market trends and more


The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 -2 years experience in inside sales, market research, email marketing and prospecting, preferably with a software company (we are also willing to train someone with no sales experience!)
  • Grit – Prospecting is hard work. Ability to handle rejection and try again
  • Fearless – Willing to jump on the phone or Zoom with a new person to talk about our software
  • Exhibit a passion for working with customers, eager to learn, flexible enough to respond to changing demands and enjoys a challenge
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) preferred
  • Experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigators prospecting tools preferred
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a complex environment
