A high growth technology startup here in Chicago is looking for motivated recent graduates and sales representatives to join their rockstar sales team!


LaSalle Network has partnered with one of Chicago's fastest growing and well-known tech company to find their next Sales Development Representative. This company has had significant growth over the past couple years (200% growth year over year to be exact!) has been backed by high level investors to continue to expand their technology platform…they're revolutionizing the industry to say the least!


The ideal candidate for this Sales Development Representative role wants to get their foot in the door with a company that allows people to learn and grow from within. With a vigorous and extensive training program, you will be an expert in sales outreach and managing of accounts. They offer competitive base plus commission and are looking for hungry recent college graduates to join their team!


Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:


  • Prospect new business opportunities by achieving daily requirements through outbound contact
  • Manage existing clients in order to cross-sell products and customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers through product integrations and onboarding processes
  • Work together with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and make process improvements

Sales Development Representative Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 0-1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Motivated to make money!
