 * Take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for our account executives by sourcing and qualifying business prospects

* Manage high volume of activities, including emails, calls and demos, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers to discuss the value of our services to them

* Critically evaluate our sales process and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't

* Collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost

* Experiment and iterate to create high-impact customer introductions explaining our services

• Meet monthly and quarterly quota


  • At least 2 year of inside sales experience ideally in a startup setting
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation solutions
  • Software and SaaS experience preferred
  • Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them
  • Strong communication skills written/verbal
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency
  • Experience as insurance agent/insurance industry knowledge - a plus
