Who are we looking for?

UserZoom operates globally, with offices in Spain, the USA, and the UK and we continue to grow rapidly!

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will communicate with Senior Executives from top global brands in Northern America. Our client list is pretty impressive with the biggest brands utilising our services: Google, Amazon, Paypal and Ikea to name just a few.

We know who our next customer is, our marketing delivers our branding to them, so the next step is one-to-one engagement to win them as a client. To achieve this, you'll be making outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls, evangelising and educating potential customers of the value of UserZoom's Solution. You'll support Marketing efforts by driving people to our quarterly seminars and follow-up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts.

You'll use various sales tools to identify decision-makers within targeted accounts to begin the sales process, always identifying, qualifying and initiating relationships with new leads.

This sales role gives you the opportunity to develop and build relationships with prospects and increase our pipeline for future progress. If you are willing to learn, we offer plenty of training and the ability to progress yourself and your career in a growing organisation.

We'd like you to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a B2B internal sales role, initiating outbound calls and/or appointment bookings and hitting (even better: exceeding!) targets
  • You'll be confident, able to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
  • You'll be ambitious and self-motivated, with the desire to succeed
  • You'll be a team player
  • You'll be an excellent listener: listening to the customer so you can respond appropriately
