The Job:

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Manager to help lead a team of motivated and dedicated Sales Development Representatives (SDR). The ideal candidate is effective at both people management skills and pipeline creation while also being committed to cultivating top-tier sales talent internally. The Sales Development Manager is expected to develop strategies and tactics to help streamline the sales process at the top of the sales funnel resulting in quality pipeline and successful partnerships between SDRs and Sales Reps. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily activities of a Sales Development team with a primary focus on pipeline creation through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Coaching, mentoring, training, and developing SDRs as they progress through their tenures and preparing them for their next role in accordance with the SDR career path
  • Working alongside other Sales Leaders to ensure alignment between SDRs and Sales Reps, while maintaining a team first mentality throughout the sales process
