About The Job

 

This is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for sales to manage a team of highly driven inside SDR’s in the SaaS technology field; motivating and coaching to ensure goals and metrics are exceeded. 

 

The Sales Development team is a customer's first interaction with AmberBox and key to turning prospects into lifelong enthusiasts! 

 

You will also be responsible for overseeing training and mentorship for the wider AmberBox Sales team, in conjunction with their manager. This includes scheduled group sessions, call and demo shadowing, and rep performance analysis.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Analytical and metrics focused with a good grasp of math
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, with separate time spent as an SDR and closer, working on high volume outbound prospecting
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Leadership and coaching experience
  • Confident and high energy
