Nayya’s Sales Development Team aims to develop a revenue pipeline for the sales team and overall organization – as a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be a player/coach – focused on: (1) leading a team of SDRs to create qualified opportunities for the sales team, (2) train other members of the SDR team and (3) take on operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR team perform and exceed expectations.

You’ll have the opportunity to be a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the SDRs, helping to train, onboard and mentor each member of the team. The SDR Manager will report directly to the Director of Growth (Marketing) – you'll work closely with the direct sales team to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities. In summary, you will be leading the first line of engagement with future customers and will have an impact on the success of Nayya as an organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Run the day-to-day activities of a Sales Development team and maintain/optimize the inbound qualification and outbound processes
  • Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Work closely with Sales team & leadership to improve opportunity management, qualification processes, ensure smooth hand-off, review sales opportunities on a regular basis
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team’s assigned accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries
  • Create sales development resources including, but not limited to, call scripts and prospecting emails to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our messaging
  • Measure and report against KPIs, as well as creating reports as needed or requested

  • Experience leading and building an SDR team
  • Experience working in SFDC
  • Excellent communication style (outgoing phone presence)
  • Experience in relationship development and opportunity identification
  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution and value propositions
  • Ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • You have worked in B2B, SaaS or healthtech or insurance tech
  • Experience working with OutReach, SFDC, ZoomInfo, Gong, Zoom
  • Willingness to try new things and not be afraid to fail
  • Confident to share success stories across the organization
  • Ability to succeed without all the answers
