🧾 About the Business Development Representative

💼 The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who can deliver on these top initiatives in their first year of working at Willis Johnson Associates. For this role, having passion and desire to grow a career in wealth management will be a big plus.

  1. Successfully schedule meetings from warm leads given to you from our internal marketing team. We don't have any cold leads here.
  2. Prep Wealth Management Advisors on prospects before they come in, debrief with them afterwards, and document all relevant data in the CRM.
  3. Work closely with marketing to optimize our sales and marketing processes.

👨‍🚀 Your manager

You'll be reporting to Elena Colott, Director of Marketing at WJA. She's focused on setting you up for success and helping you grow into a sales career. Alongside Elena, you'll be growing the team with Jack, the current BDE. You two will be driving new business for WJA.

🌄 Your Background

It's likely you'll be a great fit for this role if you have an interest in financial markets as well as having empathy for people. A large part of our job is taking care of families and setting them at ease, so empathy plays a big role. If you love making sales and continuing to push your career, this is going to be a great start at a top firm for you.
