Fully remote | SDR
Compensation (On-target Earnings): $55-62K
We are a hyper-growth (750% in 2020) technology startup headquartered in Los Angeles. Our team is fully distributed (remote) with members in multiple states. We build innovative software tools for law firms to automate their client intake and lead management. We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about working in a vibrant startup environment with an incredibly fast pace.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for our Account Executives
- Reach out / Follow up with at least 80+ prospects a day
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings set
- Build and improve sales ops around SDR automation
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or a related field
- Experience in Coldcalling / Email / Linkedin outreach, preferably B2B
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- High-speed internet
- Quiet workspace
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
