Zeel is looking for a Sales Development Representative. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and recruitment or sales development experience. The SDR will work very closely with the Provider Acquisition team, as well as the sales team, developing high-quality target lists, and creating and executing effective strategies for their given territory. We're excited to have you join us as we continue our growth in the medtech field in 2022.


Essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Utilize a consistent contact process via phone, Linkedin and email
  • Nurture, qualify and sell prospects generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Outreach goals for emails, calls and Linkedin Inmails
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create opportunities by successfully managing and overcoming objections.
  • Use ZoomInfo, Groove and Salesforce.com to find contacts and document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified and licensed healthcare providers for the Zeel network through direct outreach in specific markets to keep the network’s supply and demand balance in check (Examples of Zeel providers include, but are not limited to massage therapists, physical therapists, and nurses (RNs/LPNs.)


Desired skills and experience:


  • Previous sales and/or recruitment experience, preferably within telesales.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
  • Organized and process-oriented in approach to territory, and prioritization of targets & tasks – must be able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple leads/opportunities

We prefer that you are based in the NY metro area for occasional in-office meetings, but open to remote locations. You will primarily work from home.
