The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Bay Area-based team who is relentless about spreading the word about our technology. You will help us conduct outreach to C-level executives, and generate pipelines for our sales team. We’re currently going through key inflection points of revenue growth and scalability and offer you the opportunity to make an impact by joining an early sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Create sales opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings for AEs with prospects.
  • Utilize your value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold/warm outbound prospecting
  • Ask qualifying questions (i.e. Client needs and timing)
  • Determine if Evisort is a good fit for the prospect
  • Execute outbound campaigns created by sales and marketing
  • Have a hand in campaign creation
  • Generate interest through follow up with relevant messaging
  • Add pipeline to increase and accelerate the growth of Evisort
  • Proactive communication with prospects and your team at Evisort
  • Relay any information that may be of value to the team, whether it be best practices, new features, competitive analysis, etc.


  • Strong interest in learning how to become proficient at tools like Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with early-stage SaaS sales organization(s)
  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Significant outrebounding experience, with an emphasis on high volume calling and willingness to knock down barriers to sale
  • BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited university
