Trainee Account Executive/ Sales Development Representative/ SDR

Salary $65,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus


(Y1 on target earnings $90k, Y2 $150k, Y3 $300k, top BD performers take home $500k-$600k)

Trainee Account Executive/ SDR- Role Overview

  • Engaging with prospective technology providers to introduce GDS’s capability in supporting businesses in their sales pipeline and business goals.
  • Being the initial contact in our sales process using prospecting activity to drive pipeline.
  • Articulating our value proposition clearly to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client.
  • Developing a deep knowledge of GDS Groups products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits.
  • Maintaining sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Identify prospect organizations within your specialist technology vertical.
  • Securing meetings with C-Suite and SVP level executives only, all the while mastering and utilizing the Value Selling methodology in order to advance to Account Executive


Sales Development Representative - Requirements

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Inquisitive nature and strong research skills
  • Proven track record of achievement - either educational or professional
  • A self-starter with a desire to grow a career in corporate sales
