As a Sales Account Executive you will work with the Top Real Estate agents in the country to deliver them high value clients. We combine a personalized handwritten note, to a targeted audience, copy that works, and performance they can track. Growing key relationships that can give our clients business to last their entire career.

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000/year (Base + Commission)

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like…

  • Making 80+ calls per day from the comfort of your home office
  • Hold meetings with clients, including discovery, pitching, and closing
  • Taking accurate notes during calls, and following all company procedures on logging information into our CRM system after every call
  • Achieving your quota of booked sales

What success look like in this role?

  • You should have basic understanding of sales practices and proven experience reaching a sales quota
  • Having experience with meeting productivity standards and successful behaviors
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and feeling energized by conversations with others
  • Being comfortable spending your workday speaking with others (on the phone, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Own a consistent track record of success in B2B sales and/or selling to other salespeople
  • Having the desire to experience and learn new products and industries
  • You are resourceful, take ownership, and have the ambition to succeed independently (extra points if you have a proven track record)
  • Be Knowledgeable or have familiarity with technical platforms like SaaS products (i.e Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • You previously had successful experiences as a Sales Account Executive or similar sales role (Sr. SDR's)
