Our staffing firm represents an early-stage, revenue-generating SaaS MarTech company that recently completed a $1m seed funding round from a group of AI-focused venture funds and angel investors.

This 6-employee firm, founded by a former McKinsey/Global 500 executive and the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) from Ozone (NASDAQ: OZON), is seeking an experienced SDR with the passion and energy to build a revenue engine capable of growing the firm to $10M in ARR within the next two years.

This role is remote.


Solution

Our client provides a revolutionary cloud-based MarTech platform for digital marketers that transforms website-visitor and mobile-app-user behavioral data (1st party data) into high confidence predictions of future business results (sales, revenue, LTV).

Role

Individual contributor role reporting to the CRO.

$80K to $110k base, Up to 2X OTE. Variable plan is based on meetings generated, completed, and team revenue goals, is uncapped, and offers accelerators.

Strong benefits plan is also provided and stock options (equity) is available.

MANDATORY: 3+ years of professional experience selling or in a lead gen role.

Experience selling to marketing and analytics leaders moves you to the top of the list!

Professional business writing skills are critical – we will ask to see writing samples.

Opportunity for promotion into a Demand Generation Leadership or Quota-carrying role.

This is a startup – prior experience with early stage companies is critical.

The company operates with a great deal of autonomy – they want you to be the expert at what you do and to teach them how to develop a demand generation engine.

Company is almost cash-flow positive (burn < $10K per month) – they have plenty of runway and have plans to close a Series-A round in early 2022.

Deal sizes can range from $50-100K with strong upside, both in ASP and expansion.
